Lunch and Learn Series
The Portland Alumnae Chapter invites you to the Red, Black and Green Lunch and Learn Series!
This series aims to educate and empower Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) about nature in the greater Portland area.
During this series, you will have the opportunity to hear from a topic specialist who will speak on various relevant topics. Following the educational session, you will be given a skills-sharing opportunity that can be practiced in the JKDCC garden.
Rashae Burns of Be Well Community, LLC will facilitate Part I, Gardening 101.
Spots are limited so register now! This is a free event open to all in the community and held Saturday April 23, 2024 from 10:30 - 1:30 pm at the June Key Delta Community Center in Portland.
